Notice all the energy in your child?  This is large muscle time!  Tricycles, wagons, and other movement toys help develop gross motor coordination.  When toddlers and preschoolers play together, they often play side-by-side instead of interacting directly with each other.  They are learning to share and take turns.  (Some toddlers may resist this procedure.) This is also a great time for playing house, dress-up, and repetitive storytelling.
