Assembly Complete assembly instructions are included with each pedal go-kart. There are 4 basic steps involved: * Attach front half of cart to rear half. This is done by sliding one hollow steel beam into another, and securing with a bolt. * Install 4 wheels. The wheels are placed over a shaft and then bolted to a hub. * Steering column is already partly installed, but must be lifted and slid forward into position, and then secured with a bolt. * The front fairing (decorative aerodynamic steering column cover) must be bolted into position. * Assembly for the Ferrari Exclusive is somewhat more complex, with additional body panels and the need to attach speedometer and disc brake linkages.
