Shipping
We charge shipping and handling fees based on the total cost of the items you have ordered before any discounts are applied. Turnertoys offers three domestic shipping services to meet your needs. Orders received before 3:00 PM are generally shipped the same day.
| STANDARD SHIPPING - Orders are sent via either UPS or USPS Priority Mail based on order value, weight and shipping destination. In-stock items usually arrive in 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are based on the merchandise value of the order prior to any discounts. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii have a $3.00 surcharge added to the amounts shown below. | ||

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We don't post our International Shipping Charges on the website as they change frequently and we want to find the best rate for you. International Customers should pick out their products and complete the checkout process. They will be charged a shipping estimate based on their order value and shipping destination. Turnertoys will contact the customer by email with a shipping quote for the shipment. If the customer wants to proceed they will be charged the amount in excess of the estimate. If the estimate is more than the actual shipping amount Turnertoy will credit the difference back to the customer's card.
Should the customer decide to cancel the order after reviewing the shipping quote they may do so and Turnertoys will credit the full amount of the order back to the customer's card.
FREE SHIPPING - Occasionally Turnertoys offers free standard domestic shipping to the Continental US for orders above a certain dollar value. Some oversize items are not included in these offers. Oversized items include some Berg Pedal Go-Karts and accessories - additonal freight charges for these items are noted on their product pages.
