6. If you are having trouble: are you trying to shop from work or school?? Many networks are set up to prevent shopping. Check with your network administrator. 
7. If your order does not go through (instead of getting a "Thank You" Page, you get an error message or nothing happens):
*have you filled in ALL fields completely and accurately? 
*are you still connected to the internet? Dial-up services sometimes drop the connection. Re-connect and finish placing order.
*Your card may be overlimit. Scroll to the bottom of the error message to see if the bank has declined your card.
*If you got a "Thank You" page, your order went through.  Don't place it twice.  Watch for your email receipt. 
8. We retail all the products made by TC Timber, Holgate, Woodkins, Guillows, etc.  If they make it, we can sell it to you, so if you don't see what you want, ASK!  They are manufacturers and do not sell to consumers.
