Woodland Scenics C1211 Realistic Water

Woodland Scenics C1211 Realistic Water is the the easiest way to add water to your model railroad, diorama, or architectural display. First make sure the stream bed, lake bottom or river base is water tight using C1203 Plaster Cloth - if you don't Realistic Water will seep through. Color water areas using liquid pigment or any 100% acrylic paint. Dark colors make water appear deeper, use lighter colors for shallow areas. Once paint is dry pour Realistic Water directly from the bottle. You can use a toothpick to "pull" material to the edges of your water area. First pour should be 1/8" thick. If additional thickness is needed allow first pour to dry thoroughly and make additional 1/8" thick pours up to a maximum water thickness of 1/2". 16 oz plastic bottle covers 17" circle 1/8" thick.
