I'm not a fan of mint! Which is why I'm in a permanent state of war with my office mate about the validity of mint chocolate chip as an ice cream flavor (it's NOT, Rachel!). This Minty Axolotl is my peace offering. Mint may not be a real flavor (SERIOUSLY, RACHEL!), but the Axolotl version is great.
