Shipping

We are open to the public Mon-Fri 10 am-6pm, Sat 9 am-5pm and Sunday 11 am-4 pm and always happy to talk over the phone if you need a product recommendation or have a special request: 802-233-6102. Masks are optional for customers and staff.

We charge shipping and handling fees based on the total cost of the items you have ordered before any discounts are applied.

Turner Toys ships every business day (we do not ship on weekends). Orders are generally shipped the next business day.

Some heavy or large items will incur an oversize shipping fee. The items that this fee applies to have a note on their product page.

STORE/CURBSIDE PICKUP

If you would like to pick up the items you've purchased select the Pick Up option in the cart (please don't select this option if you are unable to pick up at our store in Williston Vermont).

When the order is ready for pick up we will send you a text. If you prefer to pick up curbside call us when you arrive and we will bring your order out to you. Photo ID is required when picking up in store or curbside.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are sent via either UPS, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail based on order value, weight and shipping destination. In-stock items usually arrive in 5-7 business days. Sorry, we can't ship orders to "General Delivery" addresses.
