Return Policy

Turnertoys offers a “no questions asked” returns policy within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to assist you with your return no matter what the reason.

• Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#).
• Items to be returned must be unopened, unused, and we must still be able to sell it.
• Please make sure that return shipments are well packaged, insured, and tracked.
• Shipping costs from Turnertoys to you are non-refundable and your shipping costs to return the item to Turnertoys are your responsibility.

Upon receipt we will inspect returned items and if they meet the conditions above issue a credit for the purchase price. Personalized products (Sleds, Wagons and Vermont Dory) are not returnable.
