Turner Toys offers a “no questions asked” returns policy within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to assist you with your return no matter what the reason.
- Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#).
- Items to be returned must be unopened, unused, and we must still be able to sell it. Blind boxes and squish toys are not returnable.
- Please make sure that return shipments are well packaged, insured, and tracked.
- Shipping costs from Turner Toys to you are non-refundable and your shipping costs to return the item to Turner Toys are your responsibility.
Upon receipt we will inspect returned items and if they meet the conditions above issue a credit for the purchase price.
